Change Management - Restructuring and Redundancy - Over the years we have helped clients through difficult times of restructuring and redundancies, always project managing changes with dignity and respect in regard of all employees, while maintaining a view of the big picture, assessing all factors and ways things can be restructured to achieve ultimate aims in the most commercially affordable way we can.

From the start of the COVID 19 Pandemic and throughout, we helped our clients to set up legally compliant and best practice policies and procedures which enabled thier employees to work in a commecially productive way from home, whilst ensuring thier welfare and well being was upheld and appropriate support was provided. We have also advised on and supported clients who had to furlough staff members and equally supported them through the return to office process at the end of this period.

Legal Support - Kate Turner is a Qualified level 7 member of the CIPD who is highly experienced in advising and supporting clients in thier compliance with the latest UK legislation and the best policies and procedures to apply to ensure this.

 

In addition to CIPD qualifications and membership which ensure full legal support when needed, Kate also recieves weekly Barrister updates on the latest employment case law from one of the countries most senior employment law barristers, 

Flexible Working and the working time directive - With this area being the number one cause in the UK for tribunals to be brought and the number one legal issue companies seek legal advice on,  Kate is atuned to offering considered and helpful solutions which work for her clients in practice. 

 

As with all Employee Relations issues, wether they are pay reviews and / flexible working, we always look at the bigger picture for all stakeholders and work in a positive way to find solutions which help to avoid such issues in the first place or when happen, resolve them when they do occur, in a positive manner.
