WHO ARE THE IBAN
Historically renowned for being the most fearless and effective headhunters on the Island of Borneo, The Iban are also some of the most friendly, hospitable and easy going people you could wish to meet. The exact origin of the name Iban is unknown, but it is believed by some historians to have been the ancient original Iban word for people or man.
At Ibanheads we pride ourselves on knowing people, what motivates them, what they need and want and how to resolve issues in the most effective ways possible; understanding people is the keystone of everything we do and how we ensure what we do, is truly effective and adds genuine value now and in the future to our clients HR provision.

Founder / MD and Senior Consultant
Growing up in Brunei, home of the Iban headhunters of Borneo, Kate chose a different route to head collecting than her companies namesake and has worked in full 360 recruitment and HRM since 1994.
Kate is a highly experienced and qualified Global HR Consultant and Talent Acquisition Specialist; Her clients include venture Capitalist start ups and SME's to Major Multinational Corporations.
Kaspar Turner BA Hons 2.1 Marketing
HR Consultant and Social Media Marketing Specialist
Recently graduating with a 2.1 from Greenwich University in London, and having worked part time along side Senior HR and Recruitment consultants at Ibanheads for 7 years on National and International digital marketing campaigns, as well as managing digital communications; Kaspar has a solid experience level in all things HR connected as well as having played a supporting role in the 360 recruitment process on a global level for over 7years.
A keen sailor and Motorsport enthusiast, Kaspar is well traveled with a global mindset and has been working with international graduates, candidates and clients for over 7 years across over 50 countries worldwide to ensure individual needs are met for each project we take on.
